WeGoGym Terms of Use
Last Updated: 24 October 2026
Welcome! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Amman Meah, a sole trader trading as WeGoGym (“WeGoGym”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your use of our website at wegogym.club, including the waitlist, the games on it, username reservation and facility registration (together, the “Site”). Please read them carefully before using the Site.
WEGOGYM HAS NOT LAUNCHED. THE SITE IS A PRE-LAUNCH WAITLIST AND REGISTRATION SERVICE. YOU CANNOT BOOK OR PAY FOR ANYTHING ON IT, AND JOINING THE WAITLIST OR REGISTERING A FACILITY DOES NOT CREATE A MEMBERSHIP, A BOOKING, A PAYMENT OBLIGATION OR ANY PROMISE THAT WEGOGYM WILL LAUNCH. When bookings open, they will come with their own terms, which we will show you before you book.
How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which you should read alongside these Terms.
If you need to contact us, email hello@wegogym.club.
1. These Terms
a) Accepting these Terms. By using the Site, joining the waitlist, reserving a username or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
b) Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when bookings open. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date above. If a change affects you significantly and we have your email address, we will tell you before it takes effect. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the Site and ask us to delete your waitlist entry or account.
c) Language. These Terms are available in English only.
2. What WeGoGym Is
a) The Service. WeGoGym is building a marketplace that will let people (“Members”) find and book one-off, off-peak sessions at gyms, pools, studios and other fitness and wellness facilities run by independent businesses (“Partners”), without a subscription.
b) Pre-launch only. At present the Site only lets Members join a waitlist and reserve a username, and lets Partners register a facility ahead of launch. We do not guarantee that WeGoGym will launch, when it will launch, or that it will launch in your area or offer any particular activity, facility, price or discount. Anything the Site says about how WeGoGym will work describes our current plans, which may change.
c) We are not a gym. WeGoGym does not own, run or control any gym, pool, studio or other facility. Each Partner is responsible for its own facility, staff, sessions and safety.
3. The Waitlist
a) Joining. Joining the waitlist is free. You must give an email address that belongs to you and tell us at least one activity. The waitlist is not intended for children under 13.
b) Emails. We will use your email address to send launch updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of our emails, or by emailing us.
c) No priority promised. Joining the waitlist does not give you early access, a discount, a credit or any other benefit, unless we offer one in writing.
d) Games. The slide puzzle and matching game are for fun only. There are no prizes. Any facts shown in them are general information, not health or fitness advice.
4. Usernames
a) Reserving a username. You may choose to reserve a username when you join the waitlist. Usernames are given on a first come, first served basis and must follow the rules shown on the waitlist page. A username is held for you once your sign-up is submitted, not while you are typing it. Usernames are not case sensitive, so “Alex” and “alex” are the same name.
b) What a reservation means. We intend to give you your reserved username when Member accounts open, as long as you sign up with the same email address. A username is not property. You cannot sell, transfer or give it to anyone else.
c) Names we may refuse or withdraw. We may refuse or withdraw a username that impersonates a person, brand or business; is offensive or misleading; infringes someone else’s rights; or suggests a connection with WeGoGym that does not exist. A username is also released if you ask us to delete your waitlist entry. Where we can, we will tell you by email if we withdraw your username and why.
5. Partner Accounts and Facility Registration
a) Who can register. You must be 18 or over, and authorised to act for the business and to list the facility. If you register on behalf of a company or other organisation, you accept these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you have the authority to do so.
b) Your account. You may only have one account. The information you give us must be true, accurate and kept up to date. Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. Always log out when using a shared computer.
c) Drafts, not listings. Registering creates a draft listing. Nothing about your facility is shown on WeGoGym until we approve the listing, and we are not obliged to approve it. Photos are the one exception: see section 6(c).
d) Our review. Our team reviews each registration. We may accept or decline it, ask for changes or more information, keep notes on it, and email the business contact about it. Accepting a registration does not mean the listing has been approved to go live, and it does not create a partner agreement.
e) A separate partner agreement. Selling sessions through WeGoGym, including prices, fees, payouts and how bookings work, will be covered by a separate partner agreement. You will need to accept it before your listing can go live. Nothing in these Terms commits you to sell sessions or commits us to list your facility, and we charge no fees under these Terms.
f) Countries we are open in. A facility in any country can register, but we will only list facilities in countries where WeGoGym has opened. If we have not opened in your country, we will keep your draft until we do, or until you ask us to delete it.
g) Information about others. If you give us details of other people, such as a contact at the business, you must have the right to share them with us.
6. Content You Give Us
a) You keep ownership. You keep ownership of the photos, descriptions and other material you upload or send to us (“Your Content”).
b) Permission to use it. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission (a “licence”) to store, copy, resize, crop, display and otherwise use Your Content to review your registration, run and show your listing, and promote your facility on WeGoGym and in our marketing. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, except for copies held in backups and marketing material already published.
c) Photos. Photos are kept in a file store that can be reached publicly from the moment they are uploaded, including before approval. Only upload photos you are happy to be public, that you have the right to use, and that do not show identifiable people who have not agreed to it.
d) What you must not upload. Material you do not have the right to share; anything unlawful, offensive or misleading; and anything that could harm our systems, such as viruses.
e) Removal. We may remove any of Your Content that breaks these Terms.
f) Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without paying you or naming you.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Without limiting anything else in these Terms, you agree not to:
- give false information, or pretend to be another person or business;
- sign up more than once, or use other people’s email addresses, to reserve usernames or affect the waitlist;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Site or sign up;
- get around our sign-up limits or any other security feature;
- try to access an account, data or part of the Site that is not yours, including the admin area;
- interfere with or overload the Site;
- copy, sell or reuse any part of the Site for commercial purposes; or
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
We may remove waitlist entries and usernames, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.
8. Our Content
The Site, including its illustrations, logo, text and design, belongs to WeGoGym or the people who licensed it to us. You may view it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or reuse it, or use the WeGoGym name or logo, without our written permission.
9. Health and Safety
Nothing on the Site is medical, health or fitness advice. If you have a health condition or any doubt about whether an activity is right for you, speak to a doctor or qualified professional before you start.
10. Availability, Leaving and Ending
a) Availability. The Site is free and is provided as it is. We may change, pause or withdraw it, or any part of it, at any time. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
b) Leaving. You can leave at any time. Unsubscribe from our emails, or email us to delete your waitlist entry or close your Partner account.
c) Ending by us. We may suspend or close your waitlist entry or account if you break these Terms, or if we decide not to continue with WeGoGym. Where reasonable, we will tell you by email first.
d) What continues. Sections 6(b) (for copies already in backups and published marketing), 8, 11 and 12 continue to apply after you leave.
11. Our Responsibility to You
a) If you are a consumer. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. We are responsible for loss you suffer that was foreseeable and caused by our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
b) Launch plans. Because WeGoGym has not launched and the Site is free, we are not responsible for any loss caused by a delay in launching, by our not launching, or by our plans changing.
c) If you are a business. If you use the Site for business purposes, including as a Partner, we are not responsible for any loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, and our total responsibility to you under these Terms is limited to £100.
d) What we never limit. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.
e) Other websites. The Site may link to websites run by others, such as a facility’s own website. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
12. General
a) Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
b) Courts. You can bring legal proceedings about these Terms in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them in your local courts. If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
c) Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, for example a company set up to run WeGoGym or a buyer of the business. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not reduce your rights. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms.
d) Other rules. If a court finds part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms.
e) Complaints and questions. If you have a complaint or a question about these Terms, email hello@wegogym.club.
